Cliptec Bluetooth Driver Windows 10

There are many suggestions on how to fix the loss of Bluetooth on laptops but the problem I have is probably my stupidity! How do I manage to update a Bluetooth driver on a Tower PC that only has a Bluetooth/wireless keyboard and mouse and does not have a touch screen?? I upgraded my main HP All-in-One PC but struck a major problem (not Bluetooth as I did not get to try that as I have a touch screen. However I ended up with a lot of work returning to Windows 8.1 and turned off automatic Windows update. I also upgraded the PC that I have trouble with Bluetooth. Initially it worked OK until an auto Windows Upgrade for 10 killed Bluetooth.

Do to this I can neither upgrade Bluetooth OR return to Windows 8 which is a serious consideration. I also upgraded a Netbook I have from Basic Windows 7 to Windows 10. This for a short time was the only PC that I had working and then, after a few days, this morning it found an update for Windows 10. Damn I had forgotten to turn off Auto Windows update!

Now this has no mouse that will work but has a touch pad so when I figure how to update Bluetooth as least I can access the Notebook. However how do I upgrade my lack of Bluetooth on the PC I mentioned? Only has Bluetooth/Wireless keyboard/Mouse.

Would it be easier somehow to return it to Windows 8? I do like Windows 10 from an initial look but not happy with the problems I have struck. Will not be moving up to Windows 10 now on my main PC until I see less problems.

Bluetooth

Hi - I have 2 laptops one (First one) with Windows 7 upgraded from Vista and the other (Second One) Windows 7 clean install. I recently got a Bluetooth Dongle (USB 2.0 MINI BLUETOOTH V2.0 EDR DONGLE - a.k.a CSR Bluetooth USB dongle) and tried on both the laptops. Here is my problem - On the first computer (Vista upgraded to Win7) it installs as CSR Bluetooth Device under device manager (driver file is btcusb.sys) and it does not work at all. Cannot find bluetooth devices nor devices could find by computer.

On the second computer (win7 clean install NOT an upgrade) it installs as Bluetooth Radios Generic Bluetooth Radio & Microsoft Bluetooth Emulator - driver files are bthport.sys, BTHUSB.SYS, fsquirt.exe & bthenum.sys and everything works fine. What could be the problem in my first computer that stops it from installing the same way as it did on the second and what all things I could do to fix it - Thanks you in advance.
